Shaping the Future of Customer Service at CXSF 2018

Last week during Elevate Tech Fest, we were proud to speak on stage with TELUS, and attend events alongside fellow Canadian companies. This week, we’re taking our Canadian innovation south. We’re venturing to San Francisco for CXSF 2018 — a conference hosted by Forrester that brings together customer experience executives, analysts, and tech innovators to discuss how businesses can create immersive and connected customer experiences.

In addition to having a booth with live demos, we’ll be presenting with our client, Justin Gonzalez, the Content Lead at Square. Over the past six months, Square has introduced Ada’s automation to meet the needs of its growing customer base. As part of our work together, Square created one of the world’s first Automated Customer Service (ACX) departments dedicated to using our platform to build a bot that provides customers with 24/7 response. Justin will be walking through the ACX Team roles, objectives, and best practices that have led to rapid results.
