Autofill in action

We're happy to announce a new update to conversations that we're calling 'autofill'. From now on, when someone makes a conversation with your bot, we'll automatically track the browser, language, operating system and more in the conversation and dump this information during Handoff. This should make debugging things simpler for customer support agents if your users don't get the help they need from your bot. You can look for this information at the bottom of all of our support ticket emails to your support team. We plan to keep adding to Autofill. Let us know what fields you want us to track for you.
