We’re looking for a Product Manager to level up Ada's product development craft and oversee the creation of a new product team. This new team member will lead teams that help make our AI technology accessible to the automated customer experience teams we support.
Our Product Manager will also improve our Scrum process, product marketing, and metrics tracking for our products so that we can continue to iterate on the solutions we build.
- You use data, research and experience to make product decisions

- Lead the complete product development lifecycle
- Map out product requirements through customer research
- Support the UX design, technical planning and customer validation of our solutions
- Inform our roadmap by measuring our product's success
- Lead weekly planning product team and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal testing, accessibility compliance, and support customers' QA processes
- Lead the release and product marketing initiatives for new features
- Improve Ada's Scrum and product development practice
