At Ada, determining our priorities is not done in isolation, but openly with teammates. We regularly ask our teammates for their input when determining what is the most impactful work possible we can be doing. We regularly provide input to teammates that challenges their prioritization.

While many think Ada is an acronym, we’re actually named after Ada Lovelace, the world’s first-ever developer. Her legacy inspires us to push the potential of machine learning. But most importantly, she encourages us to promote equality and diversity in the tech industry.
